IELTS Examinations
The International English Language Testing System also known as IELTS is a an examination course that is both run and assessed by the C
ambridge ESOL, The British Council and IELTS Australia. The examination will test your English ability in speaking, reading, writing and listening and will also provide proof that you have all the English language skills that are needed at any of the UK’s universities.
We provide two IELTS courses that students can take An Introduction to IELTS and the IELTS examination preparation.
To start the Introduction to IELTS course, students will need to have a B1 level of English on the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework for modern languages. Students will usually start the course on any Monday and are recommended to study for up to 12 weeks.
To start the IELTS examination preparation course, students will need to have a level of English at B2 on the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework for modern languages. Again students will be able to start this course on any Monday and are recommended to study for up to 12 weeks.
All students taking this course will need to practice all four parts of the examinations which include:
- Listening
- Speaking
- Reading
- Writing
All of the four parts of the examination include mock exams and examination tasks.
